Cancellation Policy

At Signature Solutions, we’re committed to providing professional and reliable service. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, we’ve established the following booking, cancellation, and rescheduling policies: 🔹 **Booking Confirmation** Appointments must be booked online with valid contact information and service details. A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your booking. All notarized documents will be released only after full payment is received. 🔹 **Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy** We understand that plans can change. Clients are welcome to cancel or reschedule appointments online through the confirmation link provided. - You may cancel or reschedule at no charge **up to 12 hours before your scheduled session**. - **If you cancel less than 12 hours before your session, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.** - No-shows may be charged the full session amount and may require prepayment for future appointments. 🔹 **Late Arrivals** If you're more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, we may need to reschedule your session and a rebooking fee may apply. 🔹 **Refunds & Deposits** Deposits are non-refundable unless canceled at least 12 hours in advance. Refunds for full or partial payments will be processed based on these policies and within 5–7 business days, if applicable. 🔹 **Waitlist & Availability** Need a time that’s not listed? We often accommodate urgent or after-hours appointments. 🔹 **Security & Privacy** All sessions are conducted via secure video platforms with encrypted communication.
