How does remote notarization actually work? We meet you or your client in a secure video call, verify ID, walk through the documents together, and complete the notarization—all online. You get the signed, sealed docs digitally, usually within minutes.
What kinds of documents can be notarized remotely? Quite a few! We handle loan signings, power of attorney, real estate docs, medical forms, affidavits, business contracts, and more. If you're not sure, just ask—we'll confirm for you.
How do I book a signing? Easy! Click “Book a Notary Now” at the top of the page. For title companies or repeat partners, you can also email us directly or request a custom quote.
Do you work directly with lenders and title companies? Absolutely. We regularly handle refinance, buyer/seller, HELOC, and reverse mortgage packages. We’re happy to work on-demand or as a preferred vendor.
Are remote sessions secure and private? Yes, 100%. Everything is encrypted, the session is recorded for compliance, and your documents are handled with complete confidentiality.
Can you notarize for someone out of state or overseas? Yes, as long as our notary is located in their commissioning state (we are), the signer can be almost anywhere. International signers are fine for most U.S. documents.
What payment options do you offer? We accept credit/debit cards, Cash App, and PayPal. For our regular partners, we also offer invoicing options upon request.
🔐 Power of Attorney Document Types Durable Power of Attorney (Financial) Gives someone you trust authority to manage your money, bills, property, and financial matters. Unlike a general POA, this one stays valid even if you become incapacitated. General Power of Attorney Authorizes someone to handle your financial affairs but ends if you become incapacitated. Useful for temporary needs, such as when you’re traveling or unavailable. Medical Power of Attorney Allows you to appoint a trusted person to make healthcare decisions if you can’t communicate. Often paired with a Living Will for complete peace of mind. Limited Power of Attorney Grants authority for a specific task or time period, like selling a home, signing paperwork, or managing one transaction while you’re away. Minor Child Power of Attorney Lets a parent or guardian temporarily grant another adult the authority to care for their child, make medical decisions, and handle school matters. Springing Power of Attorney Only becomes effective if you become incapacitated. A doctor must confirm your condition before the agent’s authority “springs” into action. Revocation of Power of Attorney Cancels or overrides a previously signed Power of Attorney. Useful if you no longer want someone to act as your agent. Vehicle Power of Attorney Lets someone handle vehicle title, registration, or transfer paperwork with the Missouri DMV on your behalf. Tax Power of Attorney Authorizes a tax professional or accountant to file returns, access confidential information, and speak to the IRS or Missouri Department of Revenue on your behalf.
Is online notarization really legal? Yes, it’s completely legal and recognized across the U.S. when done by a properly commissioned remote notary. We follow every guideline to keep things secure and compliant.
What do I (or my client) need to be ready for the appointment? Just a valid government-issued ID, good Wi-Fi, and a phone or computer with a camera and mic. We’ll take care of the rest.
Can you handle urgent or same-day signings? Yes! We’re available 24/7 and can usually accommodate last-minute requests. Just reach out and we’ll make it happen if we can.
How do you verify someone's identity online? We use secure, approved ID checks—including knowledge-based questions and real-time photo ID analysis—to confirm identity before any notarization takes place.
How long does an appointment take? Most general notarizations are done in 10–15 minutes. Loan signings can take 30–60 minutes, depending on complexity and number of signers.
Do you store or keep our documents? Nope. All documents are deleted within 24 hours—or right after your session—for your privacy and peace of mind.
How much does it cost? Individual notarizations start at $25. Loan packages and multi-document signings vary—check out our Services page or contact us for a custom quote.
